Our Skilled Nurse is a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with training and experience in providing care outside the hospital or nursingnursing home sitting. Our nurse is the team leader and coordinateor for all of the services which our client/patients receives. Our nurses are in frequent communication with the patient/client physician to update their care plan and treatment plan.
Skilled Nurses provide a type of care to residents who require constant nursing care and have significant deficiencies with activities of daily living.
